Daniel F. Marinucci, principal of NCX, was hired by the Mahoning County Board of Commissioners to setup the project and to oversee the design and construction of its new eight (8) story, 456 cell, 210,000 sq. ft full service minimum/maximum Mahoning County Jail and Justice Center project.

Mr. Marinucci’s Role was Legal Advisor/Project Administrator (LAPA).
