Daniel F. Marinucci, principal of NCX, was hired by the
Mahoning County Board of Commissioners to setup the
project and to oversee the design and construction of
its new eight (8) story, 456 cell, 210,000 sq. ft full
service minimum/maximum Mahoning County Jail and Justice
Center project.
Mr.
Marinucci’s Role was Legal Advisor/Project Administrator
(LAPA).

in the states of Ohio and California. He maintains
certifications as a professional structural engineer,
chief building official, residential building official
and plans examiner in the state of Ohio.
All parties to the construction
project must timely perform its duties and
responsibilities, or be held responsible. Projects that
are effectively controlled, managed and administered
result in success. The contractors maximum their
efforts, the architects and engineers are awarded within
their industry of expertise and the Owner’s financial
budget is protected as all obligations are timely
performed.

ratios are well within construction industry standards
of acceptable margins.
